WE PURCHASED TWO (2) DIFFERENT PKGS THRU *** *** PHOTOGRAPHIC DESIGN OVER A YR AGOMR G *** PHOTOGRAPHED OUR AGENCY & SOME OF US WITH OUR SERVICE DOG UPON RECEIPT OF THE PHOTOS ONE OF THE MAJOR COMPLAINTS WE HAD WAS THAT THE DOGS HEAD IN ONE OF THE PHOTO PACKAGES WAS CUT OFF I CALLED MR G MARTINS OFFICE AND CELL NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES, LEAVING MESSAGES BEFORE FINALLY MAKING CONTACT WITH HIM MR ** *** STATED THAT HE HAD SUCH A LARGE ORDER FOR OUR AGENCY & DIDNT REVIEW ALL THE PHOTOS BEFORE DISTRIBUTING THEMI ALSO EXPLAINED TO MR ** *** THAT IN NEITHER ORDER (YXXXXXX & YXXXXXX) WE RECEIVED DID WE RECEIVE THE APPROPRIATE PHOTOS W/OUR APPROPRIATE RANK ON IT WAS FUTHER TOLD TO MR ** *** THAT ONE OF THE PHOTOS TAKEN WITH THE SERVICE DOG & VEHICLE HAD THE NAME OF THE PERSON AS WELL AS THE DOG & THAT WASN'T WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON
