Review: [redacted] tried unsuccessfully to diagnose and repair my home computer over a protracted six-week period. Each time it was a new problem that he claimed was repaired. $330.00 later I was finally compelled to replace the unit. [redacted] has refused to agree to a satisfactory financial adjustment, My wasted repair checks total over half of the price of the replacement unit that I purchased.Desired Settlement: $330.00 spent and computer still malfunctioned after trying for six weeks. I just bought a new replacement computer. I want a reasonable financial adjustment.

We successfully repaired the machine in question. The last time we looked at it, we picked it up and took it to the shop. We ran it for five days straight, running many things concomitantly, with zero failures or problems. The customer told us he was still experiencing problems, which suggested an issue with the power supply or a peripheral. We offered to give the customer a new mouse and keyboard; he didn't want to pick them up, so we called later to drop them off when we were in proximity. He didn't return our call, but later told us he had disposed of the computer, including the replacement parts, and bought another one somewhere else, demanding a refund of his payment. We have declined to refund based upon our determination we successfully completed repairs to the unit.
