I contacted [redacted] on a friday morning in order to get carpetting replaced he said he would give me a call back later that night to schedule somethingNever recieved a call backI called back on monday and left a message and never recieved a call back and also on tuesday and still recieved nothing backEnded up going with another company for the work that needed to be done

I called needing his helpI told him what I needed and he was going to get back with meNever heard from him againA simple Yes or No would have been nice to help me
