I ordered a mouthpiece for my son month ago (January I believe), and have had no response as to the progress or shipment of this mouthpiece. I am very frustrated, as we paid for it up front, but have received not responses to inquiries, and no email or phone calls updating the status of the order. We needed this sooner, than 4 or 5 months. I am very disappointed in the attention to customer service. Even an email would be appreciated. I have tried calling several times and only get a voice mail.
I need information on my order status asap. Please respond to my phone message... I have to give a very poor rating in regards to customer service. If you expect to get updates or have your order in a timely fashion, I would search elsewhere. I know the product is good, but keeping the customer in the loop, especially after an item is paid for should be important as well.
