Our response to this consumer complaint is as follows and we've already called and talked to the customer regarding our answer as she...
was told originally the first time she called she's more than welcome to bring the car back in and have our mechanic inspect and see if there is an overheating problem she was told that the first day she called us and she was told that today as of now she is still refused to bring the car back in. The blinkers were repaired the day she install the GPS and customer is aware of that. As for her Mirror I have told the customer repeated times we are not responsible for a mirror that fell off when she went through a car wash her claim is with the car wash we have offered her a discount to get it replaced we have offered her to come in and look at the pictures we have of the vehicle before we sold it to her that show no damage on the vehicle at all to the mirror and she has not indicated that she would like to come in and see those pictures. We have done everything we can do to resolve the matter we have offered her a discount on her mirror so she doesn't have to pay retail prices we have offered to look at the overheating problem there's not much more we can do we are not responsible for damage done to the car after they take possession and we can prove there was no damage to the car mirror before she took possession.
