Trying to get a form to cancel AWS Warranty on a 2020 Kona.
I need the AWS Warranty form to cancel my warranty on my contract 2020 Kona. I've gotten no response from anyone at Greenway Hyundai Orlando Fl. I've left 2 messages with finance 05/25 & 05/27. I talked to someone in finance 06/10 and he never forwarded the form after taking down my email. I emailed Mazine A the Finance Mgr 06/16/20 with no response. I emailed Consumer affairs w/Hyundai on 06/17.

Desired Outcome

My resolution is for Greenway Hyundai Orlando Fl to send me the AWS Warranty cancellation form and to follow thru with the cancellation process when I send them back the form.

We reached out to Ms. and she sent the form directly to accounting to process the cancellation which will be processed promptly.

I bought a car from them in 2015 I'm not a person who writes checks but they told me because I didn't have the money in the bank that I could go to my bank purchase checks and do a downpayment that way so that the bank would clear it and I can leave with the car and that they would then just take what I owe out of my monthly payments which means my monthly payments would be a little higher until I finish paying off the down payment this is what I did I have the car several months higher payments at first and then it started off regular payments but I could not afford the car so I ended up giving the car up because of life now years later they are harassing me about the check saying that I wrote a bad check and they want the money back what kind of scam place is this I work for the government as well fas a very powerful local union here in Orlando.
if they do not stop this nonsense I will give them exactly what they're looking for the worst social media storm to bring their lying deceiving scamming place down Orlando Hyundai.

November I purchased 2020 Hyundai Kona vin ***-Agreed delivery January 6, 20. Pd $5,000.00 deposit -dealer sold my car-no refund yet.
November I purchased 2020 Hyundai Kona vin ***-Agreed delivery date January 6, 2020. I paid $5,000.00 deposit and purchased insurance and forwarded insurance card to dealer. Couple weeks prior delivery I called dealer to verify car would be prepared and serviced for delivery: no mgr available at meeting..called back no one available-I left my name -no call back.,called again left on hold. Finally found out my car was sold! I demanded refund and today, January 7, 2020 still NO refund.

Full refund and .018 interest compensation-emotional damages

Received return of $5000.00 deposit on credit card account on January 11, 2020.
Orlando Hyundai refunded my November 25, 2019 deposit of $5,000.00 after 47 days of having my money.
Orlando Hyundai sold me a car, took a $5,000.00 deposit and took my personal insurance information with my purchased car vin. Orlando Hyundai failed to honor normal legal business practices when they SOLD my car to another customer without my consent.
Compensation Due-Forty five days interest on $5000.00 and compensation/damages are due (to me) for Orlando Hyundai's unethical business practices.

Bought a car from them and they have not delivered everything as promised.
I will not detail everything this dealership has put me through while buying a car from them. However I was told I would get the CPO report that was done on the car and the maintenance history. I have spoken with several people over the past few weeks, and it's once excuse after another on why I can't get the CPO report. The last reason is service blames sales and then sales blames service. I want the CPO report that was done on the car as promised I would receive. I've already found that I was lied to by management when they stated they had no idea about the damage that was on the car, but it was on the maintenance record.

We apologize for any run around Mr. G's felt he was receiving regarding his car fax, his vehicle is registered as a CPO and he also signed our copy of the Carfax report which we can mail out a copy to the address on file unless he would rather swing by and pick it up.

Misrepresented options on used vehicle. Tires did not meet their advertised standards. Dealer fees are profit added back on to price.
Purchased used car on 10/18/2019. Salesman Rob B told me company that owns dealership does not allow any used vehicle to leave dealer with less than 50% use left in any part. Tires on rear of car did not meet that criteria. Tires were checked by *** and found to be at only 40%. *** also noted possible alignment issues. Again, this should have been covered in their expensive ($1,000) reconditioning fee or dealer fee ($800). Dealer would take no responsibility for this obvious tire problem. Car was advertised showing options it did not have. No backup camera, heated mirrors, overhead console, leather shift knob, delay off headlights. All these affect the value of the car. I trusted the options advertised would be on this car.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of $600 or four new tires and alignment done by a professional tire shop other than Orlando Hyundai.

The customer came in 3 times to look at this car for his wife. He negotiated $200 additional off from Internet price in lieu of 2 tires and we proceeded with the deal. The picture company does stickers and has it listed on the bottom of the sticker that there could be errors on equipment as it is downloaded from public data. The publisher doesn't take any responsibility for this data.

As I stated before, I was told the tires and all wearable parts were not below 50% usage as per their dealer "standards." I took the $200 with the impression that the tires were at 50% or more. Plus, I paid a $1000 reconditioning fee. So then what did they recondition? Certainly not the tires. Also, they are responsible for their ads and if there is an error they should be upfront about it. I trusted Rob Brown and what he told me. But that was a mistake. All one has to do is read the other *** reviews to see that I'm not the only one taken advantage of. I expect more from a Revdex.com member. Shame on the sales manager, the salesman and Greenway Orlando Hyundai for doing it to a senior citizen.

Lied about the warranty. Said we could cancel anytime. Have been TRYING to cancel for 4 months.
My husband and I bought a used vehicle, it was getting late and we were tired of waiting 2 hours, when we were almost done buying the car the finance guy quickly slipped in buying the warranty and told us we could cancel anytime and He lied about the warranty provisions. I tried for 3 weeks (15 phone calls)to have someone call me to cancel. We decided to drive 1.5 hrs to get there to cancel. We waited 1.5 hours and then filled out the paper work. The finance man threw it in a drawer.
I called various people after that to see if it got sent through. I Called 6 times. No one has ever returned a call ever. It said it could take 4-6 weeks to process. I cancelled 4-6-2019. 3 months have passed. I checked with my bank and I have not been credited. I also called the warranty place and it seems like its not even a business. There is no one to talk to. In total we have been trying to cancel for 4 months.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to pay another penny for the warranty. I also want to be credited back when I tried calling to cancel or At least from 4-1-2019. I can't believe how horrible they have treated us.

The person who handled the complaint was helpful, polite and handled it very quickly. It was taken care of in the time frame they stated.

Owners names on vehicles do not show corrected. Attempted to contact dealer and received no help. Receptionist kept hanging up phone.
I purchased my vehicle on Memorial Day and had a co-signer. Upon signing paperwork we brought to their attention that my name did not show as primary we were told "oh that doesn't matter don't worry". Later on as time passed it turns out it does matter. The vehicle temporary registration does not show both name only the "co-signers" name. There were problems transferring registration over (but that was my fault due to toll violations) but we were told take care of the violations then go to DMV where they can transfer. Upon arriving to the DMV I was advised my name does not show as an owner and I could not transfer the registration. They advised I would need to go back to the dealership to take care up. Upon going back to the dealership we advised we would need all vehicle correspondents sent to my name and address as the vehicle was insured under my name and I would be the one paying HMF. Again we were brushed off and told they would handle the registration. I am still awaiting for the registration transfer and the temporary registration expires in 9 days.

Further more, upon contacting Hyundai Customer Care they advised my name was NOT on the vehicle and would need to submit some documentation for them to amend this. The only thing I was missing was the copy of application of certificate of title. I have been contacting the dealership "Orlando Hyundai" for assistance and I get transferred to a voicemail, no indication as to "who" I would need to speak to or their name or department. I called again and continued to request a manager and "Amanda" the receptionist came to a point where she would just disconnect the line or just drop me into a voicemail.
I am appalled at the lack of service this location has provided.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking to have the registration transferred correctly and am also wanting my name added as one of the owners of the vehicle. My time has been wasted by this company. I even had to leave work early in order to go into the Hyundai (which is about 35-40 minutes away) in order to talk to them about what has been going on. I have been trying to avoid going in which is why I have been calling, but this doesn't seem to get me anywhere either.

When initially filling out all paperwork, it was never advised why Mr. J's name was primary. We were simply told "it's okay, don't worry" now while the registration is in both names. The correspondents are NOT being sent to me, but to Mr. J. Also, when contacting Hyundai customer service they have advised that only Mr. J's information shows on the system. I have attempted to contact Orlando Hyundai numerous times to request a copy of certificate of title or certificate of title application so that Customer Service could adjust this.

DO NOT BUY a care from these clowns. I had emails and texts of what I would get to purchase another vehicle. (Jasmine) was Amazing. GM not so much. He insisted I would not get a better deal anywhere else. Well guess what. I Did. He also told me some of my items would fit in the new car. Guess What? NOT!!!!. So the other dealer is giving me the items I requested plus the items that this place said would fit. I loved it when Suszie and Kyle and Rick C was there. Guess what? They are all gone from Orlando Hyundai.

After contacting Orlando Hyundai about a buyback program customer service delayed contacting me so I told them to cancel and they ran my credit anyway
Got a phone call on 4/24 from Hyundai, told them I received a letter about a buy back program and they said they could work with my and told me to fill out the online so I did. They said they would contact me in minutes and never did, someone contacted me in the evening and said they were working on it and would contact me today, they never contacted me so I messaged the sales person and told them to forget about the whole thing. About 15 minutes later my credit was ran with a hard hit on my credit score from Hyundai of Orlando after telling S to forget about it. I have now had to file a dispute for the credit inquiry from Hyundai.

Desired Outcome

I would like for Hyundai of Orlando to reverse the hard inquiry on my credit report. I did tell Summer from Hyundai to forget about the transaction and they ran my credit very soon after!

Part of the online application process is for the customer to electronically consent to having their credit pulled so our sales team can work with the customer who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse the inquiry as credit was ran with the electronic consent. However, it is possible that since the customer filed a dispute with the credit bureaus they will be able to assist in some manner.

I want hyundai to fix the intentional malicious act against my personal credit account within minutes of telling them not to go forward with anything. Oh an yes, I'm sure that's not the way Hyundai does business right?? Well it appears to be, because it happened. They were sure quick to run my credit after I said to forget it. Yet not as quick to get with me as a customer promptly to sell me a car. Sounds to me someone in the credit dept needed to meet a quota some how and that they never intended to sell me a car at all. This is bad business! Your buyback is also false.

Hyundai Orlando failing to honor written tires for life contract the dealer finance and I signed when I bought my new Hyundai Equus.
Bought new Hyundai Equus car at Hyundai Orlando and after a tire needed repair they failed to honor the contract. I paid over $1,000 for the tires for life contract adder at time of new car sale. They told me the program was no longer in effect and they would cut a one time check for $200.00 from the Orlando Hyundai dealer instead. It has been several months and still no check. I have copy of tires for life of vehicle contract adder.

Honor tires for vehicle life contract I paid for and pay for tire repair in full.

Orlando Hyundai sold me a car that I didn't like it, overpriced. All dealers I visited trying to change this car, told me was sold overpriced! Even the same dealer from where I bought the car refused to help to change it. I suffered from my back, car sit is killing me! I have a brain tumor and I am always hitting
my head, because car is too low. Amen am suffering from headache and back pain. I went to the dealer to change my Santa Fe for a newer Santa Fe! And they instead put me on this little sport car! I am 67 years old lady that needs a more confortable car! Since I got this car I try to return it the first week I bought it. Please help me!

Ms. was invited into the store and meet with our GM a few days ago and they reached an understanding regarding her current situation.

Hyundai currently advertises a $40 gift card will be awarded to anyone who test drives a vehicle. Yet no one ever receives them. No returned calls etc
Hyundai and Orlando Hyundai has not returned any of my emails or calls even though they stated that someone would get back to me each time. I have seen on social media that this is a very common trend with Hyundai as they ignore all complaints regarding this false promotion. I have attached my coupon code where I and many others never received our $40 gift cards as they advertised only to trick potential customers.

This by far is the worsssssst company I've done with, I will never buy another car from here!! Darryl would take great care of me as a advisor since he has left the company has went down!!! They have screwed up my vin numbers, the last advisor I had was rude!!! Didn't let me know what services required immediate attention in which Darry always did, this caused me to be broke down on the side of the road with a dead battery, failed to let me know I was at 350 for my battery. I've reached out to corporate, no direct response but it's ok, I took this week off to make sure I take my actions further!

I was promised compensation for test driving spike with a manager and never heard back
I cane and and test drive and spoke with a sales person and promised if I did all these things I would recieve a 40 gift card port execution

It is possible the e-mail went to her spam file or was accidently deleted.
