The owners of this business location in Greenville NC also under the name of Greenville Gutter at that location were paid for gutter installation, I dealt with their sales representative ***. Based on my experience this is very unreliable and unresponsive business specially after payments are made. I received a quote to install seamless gutters and made the initial payment on 08/09/19. The gutters were installed on 08/29-30/19. One of the gutters wasn't installed correctly and the business owner admitted to that. After making final payment I gave this business over a month to rectify the problem which I considered a reasonable amount of time, this was on 10/10/19. I reach out to them almost every other week since then, and they keep promising to rectify the issue. It is now 03/05/2020 and my house foundation keeps taking water damage as a result, six months with no fix and well-over due to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

Finish the job Finish the job within 7 days which is length of time they have been promising me for the past 6 months.
The crew that did his project for us made an error in a section on the back of his home. We have been unable to get this crew to return. We intend to correct this, but have not done so yet. The gutter is working, but the downspout location for this particular gutter is not ideal. We made the client aware of our concern, and even had the crew relocate it, a second time. The rework of this downspout was still not satisfactory to us, and we made the owner aware of the same. We do intend to correct it, but the timing has not worked out yet, and that crew has dissapointed us, again. It will be corrected! We should have this minor issue repaired by April 17th.
I entered into a contract with the company representative, ***, for gutter services to be performed on a particular day, as I needed to take off of work to be home. He added the date of service on the contract. On that day I called to see what time they would be here. They informed they had no intent on coming that day. I then immediately called back and spoke with the owner of the company and he (***)informed him I would like to cancel the contract and receive the 65% refund of my deposit.
He agreed and then said they have a 30-day refund policy. The original contract and deposit was done on 12/9/2019. On 2/10/2020, the 30-day mark of the cancelled contract, I still had not received the refund. I called and left a message on 2/11/20 @ 3:15, and on 2/12 @ 11:14 and 4:03. On 2/13/20 @ 8:40 AM I received an email saying I would receive the refund by month's end. I immediately replied, "It has already been over 30 days, please expedite the refund within the next several days." I did not receive a reply and as of today 2/24/2020 I have still not received the refund of $913.25.

Refund I would like to receive the 65% refund of my initial deposit
We are in the process of refunding his retainer. He paid with a credit card, so we prefer to refund his credit card, not issue a check!
Matter has been settled via the credit card returns.
At the same time I filed this complaint I also put in a dispute notice to the credit card used for the deposit. Through their investigation they have refunded the funds to me. At this time the matter can be closed with the only caveat being the assumption the company in question does not contest the refund.
