Review: I filed a claim with GreenUmbrella on July 1, 2013 for a broken blender. They agreed to issue a check in the amount of $103.98. The claim number is: [redacted].After 5 months, and over 6 phone calls by both me and my wife, the company has still not issued the check.Each time we call, we are usually on hold/transfer in excess of 30 minutes. And have consistently been told (in various forms), "We'll take care of it. The check should arrive within 10 business days".)After 5 months, this is definitely now FRAUD. Also, my experience has been that the company is VERY DELIBERATELY making the claim process excessively difficult. Often involving frequent call transfers, call hangups, failure to record information already provided, and total call times lasting usually AT LEAST 30 minutes.Desired Settlement: GreenUmbrella should issue a claim check for $103.98. At this point, it should me mailed by FEDEX express with a TRACKING NUMBER.Also, I believe Revdex.com should take additional action toward the fraudulent nature of this business.
