Consumer called Revdex.com and said that the business has done nothingHe claims that the damage was done by the business and would like something done to repair it

Response taken by phone: I have attempted to contact his consumer many times to resolve this This includes a registered letter, which he refused We are still willing to work this out but he needs to contact our office by phone during business hours

Response taken by phone: We have attempted to contact the customer by phone and by mail on numerous occasions I would like to make arrangement to access the damage and get some repairs done I do not know if we are totally responsible this damage but would like to work
with the him and make a good faith effort to get this resolved
