I had an outstanding customer experience with Greentec Auto. This firm replaced the original hybrid battery in my 2007 Honda Accord for a fraction of what the dealer quoted. Greentec performed the repair in a little over an hour at my home. A coluple of months shy of my warranty expiration, my codes indicated that my hybrid battery was deteriorating. I spoke with Roman at Greentec and he handled my warranty claim in a very fast and efficient manner. Sara another professional at the firm quickly scheduled my repair. My technician Robert was prompt, very courteous, efficient, and professional. My car runs so well. Greentec is a very professional organization and they do excellent work.

I could not be happier with their service. They are fast and easy to work with. I also saved $3000.00 by not having the Nissan dealer change my battery. The tech came right to my home and changed the battery in 1 hour while I watched. The Tech, upon my request, also instructed and advised me on how to safely change the battery myself.
