I certainly accept Greenstone Gardens' effort to resolve the lighting issue and the lighting is now workingI'm responding with "REJECT" as a tentative response since this effort has been put forth previously with only temporary resultsThe owner mentions and spoke with me that the lighting should last one yearMy experience over almost two years has been that the lighting lasts/works for only a few weeks at a time without repair/intervention or bulb replacementThe owner is always cordial but has become less responsive over time
I will remain optimistic but also retain the right to respond if the issue occurs again
Thank you for your efforts

On 5/13/14 Greenstone Gardens along with a Representative from [redacted] Landscaping went to [redacted]'s house. They found three lights that were out along driveway. Two of the lights had burned out that needed to be replaced. With the third light, the animals had somehow got into the wires and...
disconnected the light. We reconnected the light and replaced the two burned out bulbs. We also went around and replaced six other bulbs that were old and did not look like they had much life left. The Representative from [redacted] found nothing wrong with the lighting work that Greenstone Gardens installed. He concluded that the bulbs were burned out which is out of our control. He expressed that the light bulbs are going to need to be changed around 1 time per year. We passed this along to [redacted] and also gave him and option of upgrading his light bulb to and LED so he can get a longer life expectancy.
Review: As part of a large landscaping/hardscaping project the company sold and installed expensive lighting ($2,000+). This lighting has not worked properly from the day it was installed. Problems ranged from bulb outages/shortages to totally not working. Initially the company was responsive to trying to rectify the problem and came out multiple times but each "fix" was only successful for a few days. The problems have continued non-stop from the day of installation to the present.
This is a small business and one of the partners had a major health issue so I was very patient through that process. However, now, all attempts to contact the company for continued resolution have been unsuccessful. This includes phone and email messages.
There are additional minor fixes that need to be repaired with the hardscaping.Desired Settlement: My only desired outcome is to have working lighting in my landscaping. I don't know if the problems were due to inappropriate installation or defective materials.
I chose check-refund since I now don't trust they'll repair the current situation permanently or timely and I will continue to have to recall them. Therefore I will have to purchase new lighting and pay to have it installed.
