Be Aware Of This Company and Services. They forge my signature and when I want to cancel they charged me $125 cancellation fee. Unprofessional staff and technicians.
They rude and scammers.
Review: The office manager sent a service technician to my house after confirming the appointment twice with me and never mentioned that a payment must be made onsite upon his arrival and before services could be rendered vice making an automatic payment online. The office manager (name provided in letter to Company Owner) was extremely unprofessional and supported the fact that she sent the service technician to begin work until she demanded that he stop work because a payment must be made first. This was a complete waste of his time and my time and poor business practice. She has a very bad attitude and is unprofessional to say the least. She said it is business practice to send technicians to houses to ask for payments before any work can be completed. I have never had a technician arrive at my house asking for payment and the payment is usually made online. Furthermore, the appointment message via email does not state that a payment should be made online or to the service technician at the time of his arrival and instead the message clearly states the arrival time between 8am-1pm, 14 November 2014. The office manager insisted this is an automatic generated reminder and would never indicate anything about service payments. The manager said the service payment due was mentioned during the reminder phone call placed 30 minutes prior to the technicians arrival and this is simply not the case.
The technician arrived and began working in front of 3 witnesses, and even he was not aware that a payment must be rendered before he could start work. He was called to stop the job. This is all poor business practice/management.Desired Settlement: The office manager should be educated on her customer service skills.
The business should not schedule service calls if they are not going to conduct a service.
