I began a work related gym membership with this company and for about a month everything went wellThe manager pulled me aside in a totally weird and intrusive wayHe then proceeded to come up with some story regarding a phone call for the open times for the pool as a personal call to an employeeThis was so far off base it was incredibleI felt uncomfortable and cancelled the gym membership after some time listening to the staff member go on with a line of questioningI asked to speak to another member of management regarding a refundThis was not only refused the company continued billing me for three monthsI spoke with several other people who had similar experiences with the same line of questioning and continued billing
