Review: We hired them in April to complete exterior work including painting, gutters, rebuilding porches, and columns.They understood we were under time constraints, and needed to move in ASAP.To date we have paid $42k on an original contract of $30k.As of today there are zero aspects of the project that are completed and done.We continue to get water in our basement because we don't have gutters.We have attempted to be as understanding and reasonable as we can, but at this point we need them o get the work done, so we can move into the house.Desired Settlement: Complete all aspects of the work they have started/not started within the next week.
