I am very unhappy about a recent incident, regarding a "Missed Payment" from "Green Path", to one of my CreditorsI depended on this Debt Service to make my payments on time, each month, to my creditors, according to the Agreement/Contract that I signed with Green PathI was livid, once I found out that my account with *** *** Bank, was delinquent days, which dropped my credit score down points, with the Credit BureausI immediately was informed, by a Supervisor, with Green Path, that due to a system glitch, with their Payment System, my $Payment, scheduled on August 25, 2017, Payable to *** *** Bank, did not generateShe apologize for the error, said there is nothing they can do to correct my Credit Reports with the Credit Bureaus, but could waive months of their Service FeesShe also said this is not the first time that this happened, however, she will ensure that my payments are paid on time to my creditorsShe also said that she will send me a letter, explaining their error, in which I could send to *** *** Bank, to explain that this was not my errorThe Supervisor tried calling *** *** Bank, however, she said they would not work with Third PartiesI called *** *** and spoke with a Supervisor in their Workout Program, however, she said it is not *** ***'s error and that they would not correct my Credit Reports with the Credit BureausAgain, I was livid to hear this from *** ***, especially, since I have been a long-time customerHowever, I am in the process of contacting the CEO, Richard ***, of *** ***, to get my Credit Report issue resolvedI rated Green Path with stars, due to this not being the first time that this has happened to one of their customersThere should be something in place, with their Payment Database System, to generate Reports on "Missed Scheduled Payments" or something where they will be able to balance "Payments Paid" and "Excess Funds" remaining in their Clients accounts

I was referred to GreenPath to get referrals to housing/mortgage counselorsAfter spending ~two hours on the phone with a "counselor" and giving very detailed personal information (that I was told I had to allow them to share with their partners in order to get help), I received no helpJust a PDF of my budgetNot helpful
Why are they collecting personal data and sharing it without delivering promised service?

From the moment I called GP my experience was positive and very helpful and very informative. My rep asked me to explain my situation financially and options were suggested and fully explained. I left my consultation feeling very good about the outcome and looking forward to working with them for the next few years as they handle my financial issues. I highly recommend this company to any who are seriously looking to rid themselves of credit card debt. (Read the contract completely as it explains in more detail what the consultation was about. You're given time to read and sign and return it the way that works best for you.)

Watch out for them they only want to get you in the door to sign up for services, they are not upfront about what they will and won't do to help you...the staff is untrained in answering questions, and even IT for their own system, rude and over all just a waste of time but what they will do is reach out to try and get you to sign up for services without explaining how they could help...very uncomfortable and not okay in my book
