Overcharged *** on my credit card on (2) separate occasions
On Nov 7th I was overcharged $100. I called Greenlots customer service. They apologized and said it would take 5-7 business days for the refund to my credit card. I received the refund several days later.
On Nov 13th I was overcharged *** again. I called Greenlots the same day. They apologized again. I called back on Nov 25 because I did not get the refund. They apologized and said it would be escalated to be processed immediately.
On Nov 26th I received an email from *** from Tech Support saying the refund sent to my credit card. But it still has not.
On Dec 10th I called Greenlots and spoke to Supervisor ***. He said that he will escalate again. And I am still waiting.
Besides the billing issues:
The Greenlots APP is pretty useless. Half the time it does not work. Or it must be uninstalled and then reinstalled. Several times I have had to call customer support and have them remotely start my car charging because the app does not work.
Several times the app says the car is charging. Then when you actually go to the car it is not charging.
The charging stations are DOWN very often. They say "Network Down. Contact Support" . Or the station screen is FROZEN. And you must call support to have them reboot the stations.
Refund of $100
We understand the frustration related to the delayed refund. Our team identified a break in the communication that lead to the delay and it has since been remedied. Both charges of $100 have since been refunded. There are 2 outstanding problems with the sites:
1. Poor connectivity due its location in an underground garage has impacted the app and general user experience. We have hired experts in the field to assess what improvements will need to be made to ensure a reliable connection. They visited 12/13 and will be providing us their findings shortly.
2. The station has reported abnormally high meter values resulting in the erroneous charges. Our team is working with the manufacturer to correct as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we are more than happy to send an RFID card preloaded with credits to help improve the experience.
My Credit Card was refunded the full $100 overcharge as of Sat Dec 14, 2019. Thanks for your assistance with this matter. Much appreciated!

7.15.19 I sent an email to customer support -
I received 2 charges on my credit card recently for this account. A 25.00 charge and a $5.97 charge. I only received a receipt for the $5.97 charge. Why was I charged 2xs'
7.15.19 greenlots (***) responded the charges were a hold not a charge.

7.16.19 their response was - Hello ***, We are unable to see any transaction on July 10th. Can you please confirm what date/time you are referring too.
