Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Since the respondent uses my name liberally throughout his missive, but fails to provide his own, I will refer to him as the Proprietor
The Proprietor begins by stating there is a sign in his office stating "*** *** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** ***" Let me begin by saying there are over signs (no exaggeration) hanging on each of the four walls of his officePosting that many signs is akin to posting none, since no customer could possibly read each oneBut I'm guessing that's the pointI would also point out that just advising that a sign is posted, does not remove suspicion. In a world where you can pay for *** with a swipe of a card, one wonders what reasons might exist for a business insisting so vehemently on cash.
One of the many signs the Proprietor DID point out was the one that said the first step in the vehicle inspection is checking the brakesThis happens well before the emissions test is conductedThe Proprietor never does get around to explaining why he went on to the emissions test (which is the part you would have to pay the state for) AFTER I told him explicitly "to take the car down" after he stated the car needed brakes It also has not gone unnoticed that when the Proprietor was trying to sell me on the brake job, brakes were need "all the way around", but when it was time to put his diagnosis into writing and he knew I would be taking the car to another mechanic, he changed his assessment to just the front brakes being the problem
While I appreciate the Proprietor's input, I really do not need his advice on exactly which agency I should be filing my complaint. And as my only wanting to "demonize and create a bad image of DCP on ***", that was done well before I ever pulled into DCP's lot. Unfortunately more people do not refer to the website before making the mistake I did.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.Sincerely,*** ***
