Greeneville's Finest Car Wash

The car wash mechanism tore the passenger-side bumper off my 2013 Suburban. I filed a police report, an insurance report and tried to call the number for the business time after time. One is a fax machine; the other is voice mail for a convenience store and they do NOT respond!! I have called and called. I wrote to the newspaper, but they ignored me. Car wash is 100% automated, so no human on site. I spent the weekend trying to contact these people. Whoever owns this place should be held accountable for the $1,000-worth of damage (per the GEICO claims adjuster who was here yesterday) their machinery did to my vehicle. The bumper is being held in place by a bungee cord! I tried to attach a photo via your "Browse" button but it did not work (of course). Car washes sometimes do damage, which is why - I expect - the owner of this one has phone numbers people can't call just for this reason. Outrageous. THEY are responsible for my bumper, which is NOT a mirror and NOT an "aftermarket" piece of equipment. It is an integral part of my vehicle and it's now a total wreck!!!
