Greene Glass

I called Greene Glass inquiring if they are able to cut a large mirror into smaller pieces or a shape of some sort and if they may have some creative ideas for me in what I can do with this large mirror. The response I received was laugher and a hesitant Ummmmm, No. some more laughing and then asking what exactly are you looking to do? This is where the call ended. I thought that when I called Greene Glass they are willing to help on a customers next project and or offer some creative ideas that would work in my house, not laughed at for my inquiry. Certainly does not make the customer feel like they will be taken care of. Just made fun of because we are not experts in what they do apparently. Or maybe this "project" was just small potatoes for them. This is why we call glass businesses like this because some of us are not experts. That's why they are in business right? Totally disappointed in the lack of wanting to help, and being laughed at for my inquiry.
