I paid G [redacted] Notary Services to register and title a Kymco scooterNever got the title in the mail as promisedI called and they told me it could take up to days to receive it by mailI waited and called them back and was advised PennDOT had no record of returned mail and they told me I would have to pay another $*to them [redacted] (Not PennDOT) to re-file so I can get my titleI felt the staff member who answered the phone was rude and made me feel like it was my fault that I waited so long even though they told me to wait before following up againAt the time of this review, its been over a year since my follow up call, I still have not received my titleI refuse to pay these people another $to get what I should already haveMy cell phone number is (***) ***-***, should they change their mind, in which case I will update this reviewHowever if you are reading this they are still demanding a $ransom from me! I paid G[redacted] Notary Services to register and title a Kymco scooter. Never got the title in the mail as promised. I called and they told me it could take up to 120 days to receive it by mail. I waited and called them back and was advised PennDOT had no record of returned mail and they told me I would have to pay another $60.00 *to them* (Not PennDOT) to re-file so I can get my title. I felt the staff member who answered the phone was rude and made me feel like it was my fault that I waited so long even though they told me to wait before following up again. At the time of this review, its been over a year since my follow up call, I still have not received my title. I refuse to pay these people another $60.00 to get what I should already have.
