Review: Hello, I ordered an item from this company on 1/**/15 and it took 25 days to receive. When I received, the product smelled, had stains and loose thread all over it. I provided pictures same day and had to follow up again. Was told on 2/** that they were expediting a new item and a pillow for my info my inconvenience. It has been a full week and I have still not received. Keep trying to call but they put me on hold and then hang up. Was on hold for 25 minutes and they hung up and now on hold for over 15 minutes and counting. Customer service is terrible and their execution is worse.Desired Settlement: I want my items shipped to me immediately. I have been waiting 5 weeks.
