The folks who actually do the collecting are fine. The office staff is extremely rude and not helpful. When details are requested or suggested they become defensive and argumentative. Unfortunately the service is a monopoly so poor customer service and treatment appears to be their accepted practice. If another option were available or family would, without a doubt, use a different service provider.
