Greenbrier Lawn & Tree Expert

ONLY LUCK saved my home from being severely damaged by this company. I came home this afternoon to find the towering tree overhanging my townhouse was cut down by Greenbrier in ONE CUT, at the base, obviously with ZERO safety lines, safety boundaries/zones, or concern for my property. In the 45 minutes my wife was away from our home, Greenbrier cutters downed the tree in my yard which LUCKILY fell towards the street (again LUCKY no one was driving by) finally resting halfway across the street. I get the added bonus of their handy work of seeing the nearest healthy tree severely damaged by the falling one.

So at the end of the day, LUCK was the only thing preventing this from being a much worse situation that could have resulting in damage to my home or worse, an injury to someone in the near area. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER GREENBRIER. Oh, and as far as supervision, it's been 1.5 hours, 2 phone calls to the the company and still no direct contact with supposed Supervisor "[redacted]". I don't know what he's out supervising, but it isn't his workers in my front yard today. He sure as hell isn't wasting his time reading any safety manuals or answering to customer concerns.
