Greenbaum Rentals

My roommates and I rented an apartment from this company for 1 year. We lived in an apartment building with 6 apartments and about 12 people total. After moving out the owner of the company deducted money from our security deposit for furniture disposal in the dumpster that was not ours, and damage to a wall that did not occur. After multiple inquiries, we received an apology for the furniture disposal charge because the owner "thought it was ours" and no comment on the wall damage when we sent a video of the condition of the wall upon moving out. When asking to return the money taken out of our security deposit, we have not received a response. It has been weeks and after multiple attempts to contact the owner and we have not received an email, phone call, or check refunding the money wrongly taken out of our security deposit.
