Green State Logistics

I hired one *** company who then hired Green State Logistics to transport my Lexus from Seattle, Washington to just outside of Dallas, Texas (Order : *** ). When my car arrived it was covered in mud. I immediately took it to be washed and discovered that it was scratched all over the hood and sides (I have date stamped pictures of the damage). Initially I emailed and spoke on the phone about this issue with the company I hired. They then referred me to deal with Green State. I spoke with Alex *** who told me to forward my emails with Corsia. I then emailed the following message on 2016-07-09 to [email protected]:

“I am forwarding this email following my discussion with Alex about the scratches on my car. I am hoping that we can resolve this in a fair manner. I know that I signed for my car (the bill of lading). I could not see these scratches because the car was very dirty from the trip. Not until I washed it did I see the damage. I took pictures and forwarded them to Corsia. As you can see I sent them my initial message on the day I received the car. It was Luke that I dealt with there. The scratches do not appear to be deep ones....like being keyed....but they are noticeable. I was saying to Alex that I have no experience in this regard but guess that they could be buffed out. Please let me know how we proceed on this.” I didn’t receive a response.

It is noteworthy that while washing my car after I received it, I found dog hair and mud in my back seat and mud on my dashboard. I don't have a dog, kids or anyone who sits in the back seat and had just cleaned my car before shipping it. They had no explanation for this evidence of misuse of my car.
