According to the complaint, the customer called personally requesting a car to
the airport(We do record every call, further investigation is possible if we
get the exact time and date and address.)
We do take pride in our service and we have no need
to pretend to be Yellow
Cab. We do not want to be Yellow Cab, we are greatly proud of who we are
Flat Rate Service. Yellow cab is not
Again According to the complaint, customer called and a car was sent and
charged a flat fee
We are one of the only companies in San Diego that clearly indicates the exact
rates from various point of San Diego to Airport
Green Ride does do not refund for services rendered

Review: As instructed by my hotel, I called yellow taxi for a ride to the airport. Within minutes Green Ride showed up, said that they had come to take us, that when Yellow Ride has too many calls that it kicks over to Green Ride, and that we were to come with them. Not knowing any better, we went with the driver whose name was [redacted]. While in the shuttle yellow taxi called twice wondering where we were.We have reason to believe Green Ride is intercepting Yellow Taxi calls and taking away business. Plus, they are charging more than Yellow Taxi would to take someone to the airport.This does not speak well of San Diego and those who are coming to conferences there.Desired Settlement: I would like the $21.00 refunded as I believe if my business had not been stolen, I would have paid less. Plus, the dishonesty factor is very bothersome.
