Green Planet Pest Solutions

I had an issue with some squirrels entering the inside (behind the gutter) of my roof as well as my neighbor's roof as they are connected. I look online and found Green Planet Pest Solutions and called them. A man named Chris said it would be $495. to handle it and he would come right over. When he arrived he immediately said that since the roofs were not flat it would be an additional $300. As this was urgent and I needed it done immediately I asked if he'd do it for $648. (includes tax) He agreed. I paid him in full on the spot (my mistake). All he did was talk a lot about how it would be fixed and then had a guy put a ladder on the house. Climb up. Spray an odor that squirrels apparently don't like and put a makeshift wire gate contraption on the opening so when they left they could not return. Ironically that's what he eventually did. NOT RETURN!

A few squirrels did quickly scatter. He said watch and listen for a few days and if nothing happens then the problem has been solved. I got a simple paper he called a warrantee that had me make the check out to ***. and he initialed it. A day or so after he left I went up to my third floor bedroom only to discover a LIVE SQUIRREL staring right at me! It ran up to the ceiling. I immediately called 'Chris' and he said he'd come over and set a trap in my bedroom. He did. The next day the squirrel was caught. I called him and he came over (hours later than promised) and took it away. A day or so later ANOTHER squirrel showed up! He came over and set a trap. A few days passed and nothing. He came over and I asked if it could have left on its own. He then tried to convince me it was dead somewhere in my walls and tried to get me to pay over $700. to spray my walls and it would 'dissolve' the squirrel and any smell. I declined. Several days later ANOTHER squirrel (different than the second) appeared. I actually managed to get it out the window thankfully. I have a text where he promised a refund. All calls since then have been ignored. :(
