right side hatch shock fell out of the steel frameThe shock arm had been damaged in the pastThis shock arm is designed to raise the hatch slowly by it self.it literally fell from the point where it should've been connected to the frameOne bolt was gone and the second bold was just hangingThis is not a case of wear and tear but of previous damageThe shock alarm had to of been lifted and put into place by hand in order to close the hatch lid.. We will not make any repairs to this vehicle we did not damage the vehicle and this customer knows Sent from my iPhone
