market among guests that appreciate these efforts and continue to return time and time againThis guest received the same first-rate service but unfortunately we found him to be a nuisance to other guests and therefore he was asked politely to leave the hotel property as we felt his presence was an impediment to the enjoyment of the hotel by other guestsHe was present when we did a thorough inspection of the room and no laptop was left behindAs a matter of fact, his laptop was clearly visible among his belongings on the luggage cartWe do not ask guests to leave the property often but we simply had no choice in this case and we stand behind our decisionIt is our firm belief that this guest's determination to unfairly damage the hotel's reputation will not undermine our efforts to provide the same high level of service that our guests have come to appreciate at Green Mountain Suites Hotel
