to assume that this is a lack of knowledge on his part of the seasonal growth of hosta plantsWe asked him to kindly wait until early to mid May, when hostas do come up and to then report any losses at which time we would refund him for any lossesAs Mr*** stated that he did not hear from us and shows a lack of knowledge concerning the growth of hostas, we would have to conclude that his claims may be invalidHowever, as we have never had a complaint such as this before, we have decided to issue Mr*** a full refund for all of his plants.Sincerly,*** ***Green Mountain Hosta***
