These people put in a Solar Hot Water Heater in our house about years ago and now no matter how many times I call, I can't get ahold of anyone for a problem we are havingAlso they won't call you back

We purchased a solar water heating panel system 4 yrs ago. We have been very happy with it because it has kept our utility costs down. This May 2016 we have had difficulty with the panel separating from the roofing. We have a 10 yr warranty but nobody to fix it here in Tx. Too bad the co did not leave any service for their customer!!
