ID ***To whom it may concern*** *** along with two co-applicants tuned in applications for a unit that was for rentCredit check on all three applicants was run thought and may be varifiyed with AAOCTo which all parties are welcome to a copy of upon requestEach person did sign off
on a $no-refundable credit check fee explained at bottom of application.it was also explained during a phone call (a day or so after applications were turned in) to *** that it would take sometime to come to a decisionAnd that she was more then welcome to call back for any new information, which she did daily.After looking over ** *** and two co-applications along with several other applicants (for the same unit) a decisions was made.The day of decision ** *** call our office and was told that she and her co-applicants had not been selectedShe was also asked if she required notice of not being selection to be sent out in writing which she declined.if you have any other concers or question please contact us at ***Thank you
