Purchased an 2010 *** Carlos was very professional and helpful. Overall the whole experience was easy and quick, all documents were provided when asked, which made for a fast turn around time. Any imperfections were taken care of before pick up. I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. The only recommendation I have is to not put the shops advertising on the paint of the car. I would buy a car here again.
I purchased a *** "as is" on 9/7/19 it only has been about 42 days and no problems until last Sunday 10/27/19 start it and click click sounded like the starter.
So I it towed to my mechanic that I have been going to for over 20 + years and he said the started was in pieces in the engine. The engine won't even manually turn it is a connection rod went thought the engine or a valve. Without spending $4,000.00 to put a new or rebuilt engine we have a car that we made 1 car payment on and it is a pile of junk sitting in my parking space. With no way for my son to get back and fourth to college and 1 hour away.
I called and spoke to Carlos M Finance and General Manager, not even oh my I'm sorry just let me talk to my mechanic and I'll call you back.... Almost a week no call back.
Oh forgot to mention that we also bought a *** from them 1 1/2 years ago and that popped a value also.
SO PLEASE DO N'T GO THERE AND SPEND YOUR HARD MONEY ON THERE VEHICLES. At first they are nice once they get your money then nothing at all they don't give a *** about there customers at all.
Not a way to business HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT TAKING PEOPLES MONEY LIKE THAT.
*** a VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are sorry to hear that you blew the engine. The story of trying to start the car and hearing a "click , click" sound and then finding out you blew a rod makes no sense at all. When a engine blows a rod there is a very loud noise and the car has to be running at a HIGH RPM for it to happen. The car also had a professional tune done at *** in *** and passed CT emissions before you picked it up! If the customer would like to pay for the parts we would be willing to install the new engine at no charge.
