Dear Revdex.com: In [redacted] (husband) [redacted] was home at the time of installation He was informed that the backflow would not meet state code if it were to be installed under the deck He was aware and agreed that the installation of this equipment could go where it was placed years later (which is years after the backflow installation warranty was up) we heard from Ms [redacted] for the 1st time regarding her displeasure with the location Because of the time that had gone by, we informed her that it was a "chargable repair" We sent our plumber to quote her on moving this equipment, and quoted her a reduced price for our service in reconnecting the backflow to the underground system Ms [redacted] is dissatisfied with these costs, and continues to request that we change this for free We are more than happy to make the changes she has requested, but maintain that it is a chargable repairShe continued service with us up through last year, and the costs for moving this equipment continue to go up Sincerely,Mark [redacted] Service Manager
