maybe four days after we called numerous timesWhen it was picked up car was fine no water in floor, how could there be after sitting finished for 3-days with windows crackedHe left then showed up at a later time with exaggerated damage claims and was extremely rude and so irritated that we could not communicate with himWe are an upstanding highly ethical companyHad there been an actual issue we would have stood tall and taken care of himI or any of my staff never saw any excess water in carI will not be bullied by an unscrupulous used car dealer and his claimsI detail for many large dealerships BMW, Cadillac etcand have had zero issues, we are known as one of the best
