I am 80 years old next year. I don't need their services and certainly would never use them. They are driving me bananas! I am telling everyone I know to spread the word about their obnoxious behavior and to exercise great caution if dealing with them. I have a number of witnesses, as I put the calls on speaker.
The job at my home was started in October 2015 and a two-week completion was "promised." The certificate of completion was issued in June 2016. Over the seven months it took, there were countless visits from workmen and inspectors. Their employees are not full time staff. Often one tech would arrive and wait for the other to get to the site - from his "other" job. The installation failed inspection several times. Each time, a correction was made - another mandate was overlooked - so it failed inspection again and again. The work was sloppy. We had to clean up after each revision. There was also damage to our hardwood floors and stairs.

To Whom it May Concern:We are in talks with the customer to resolve this issues. Our company is going out Wednesday, March 4th, 2015 to the customer's home to address the outstanding issues. We have no record of being contacted by this customer prior to receiving notice from the BBB. We have... explained to the customer that we should have been contacted prior to reaching out to another company to resolve the issues. Both parties are in negotiation for what is to come next.
We are attempting to correct the issues regarding the failed inspections for the replacement of his water heater and furnace. [redacted] is correct in that it has taken way too long.
Upon completing the installation we scheduled a final inspection. We failed the initial...
inspection for a couple of issues that were due to the type of house and the new energy efficient system that no longer uses the old flue/chimney. The original solution from the original inspector was to go for a variance hearing to get the township to agree to make an exception. In reaching out to the township, they said we had to wait for the inspector that was on vacation. Upon speaking to the inspector and hearing his options, we spoke to the sub-code official and he made several recommendations that would eliminate the issues from the inspector. We went out and performed the recommendations and scheduled a final inspection. The Township sent a different inspector that said what we did was fine however listed a couple of additional items not previously listed. In reviewing the new action list which included getting a copy of a certification # for using a certain type of pipe, we told [redacted] that we will finalize the 1-2 remaining minor issues when the weather broke. We had been inundated with calls for frozen pipes and homes with no heat.
We are scheduling to have the couple of issues handled in the next 5-7 working days dependent on [redacted]'s schedule.
This is the first complaint we have had to the Revdex.com and take it very seriously. We strive for great customer service and will complete the service and hope to fully satisfy [redacted].
Thank You

Review: Green House Solutions performed some work on my house: thermo-insulation and installation of furnace and water heaterUnfortunately, I was unwise paying them in full, before the final city inspection, wrongly expecting them to honor their promise to fix any problems in case we fail the inspectionNow their work has failed plumbing inspection twiceThey repeatedly promise to fix the problems which they describe as insignificantThey in fact attempted to fix some of them once, but their work again failed inspectionSince this time I am desperately trying to make them to fix the problems which the city inspector found only to be fed with promises "to do it in a week", "after the weather improves", etcThe last time I was told that they will call back in hoursThat was a week ago- no callsI had enough BS from them! I understand that I am on their lowest priority list and probably will never get any work doneNote that this drags on since November!Desired Settlement: Fix the problem, finish your job for which you have been paid- so that it passes city inspection!
