Review: Hello, after having left several telephone and email messages dating back to 5/2013 for both Green Goods staff and [redacted] regarding repairs to a counter top and back splash that was installed in my home on 3/2013, [redacted] came to my home on 7/1/13.On this particular visit, I was specifically concerned about an obvious seam joint where two pieces of counter top material came together.Upon the repair to the counter top a new issue to the counter top was created. An approximately 6 inch long 1 inch wide valley or deep groove was left in the place of the before obvious seam joint. [redacted] and his staff were again contacted both by email and telephone. [redacted] returned to my home on 7/8/13 to smooth out the entire surface of the counter top to achieve a uniform level surface. Upon the repair of the groove another issue was created to the counter top surface. After this repair, the counter top surface in its entirety was left hazy and rough feeling.[redacted] and his staff were again contacted regarding the fact that the counter top was cloudy, hazy, felt rough and lacked a finished look. My wife [redacted] Henderson stopped into the Green Goods store on 7/10/13 to compare a display sample of a counter top that is like ours to ensure what the finished product should look like. My wife noted that the counter top on display at Green Goods has a semi-glossy uniform look and soft feel unlike our counter top. My wife [redacted] spoke with an employee of Green Goods - [redacted] informed Tim that we didnt feel as though our counter top had been properly finished after the recent repairs. [redacted] told Tim that our counter top didnt look and feel like the one they had on display in their store and that we would like our counter top have a shiny finish like it did before any repairs had been made. It was conveyed to [redacted] by [redacted] that if we wanted anymore work to be done on our counter top, we would be required to pay for time, materials and travel to our home to complete the work.Desired Settlement: I would like the counter top polished to look like it did before any repairs were made and for it to look and feel like the counter top that is on display at the Green Goods store.
