Review: I purchase eggs from the store when I got home I noticed they were expired when I tried to return them they did not want to. after arguing for some time they finally Exchanged them.but they try to exchange them with more expired eggs when I finally did find a pack of eggs that was not expired I noticed the lady put the eggs that I haD returned back in the refrigerator for saleDesired Settlement: I wanted to be compensated for the eggs I no longer wanted to purchase anything from them how do I know they didn't do that before with the eggs they gave me I would like to be compensated for my gas going there and the eggs

To whom it may concern,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint that was made. On the date in question, I sold a dozen eggs to the customer. A day later the customer returned to my store and demanded a refund for expired eggs. I opened the crate and noticed the two of the eggs were missing after discussing this with the customer, I explained to her that our daily products are brought from a regional distributor who delivers once a week and takes back any product that is near to its expiration date. There is no way they would leave expired product in our dairy case. To appease the customer I left her exchange the ten eggs for another dozen.
