Review: I order a 14 day trail on their product and never received my product until the 14th day and on that 14th day this company took a total of $173.51 out of my checking account, I contacted them and they told me that the money was nonrefundable and it wasn't their fault I didn't receive my product in time. They would do nothing for me.Desired Settlement: I want to send their product back unused at my cost and get my full refund.

Review: Contacted this company regarding a free trial. I was advised that my credit card was needed to bill for shipping of this trial product. I specifically questioned the gentleman on the phone if this was some sort of auto-enroll or auto-renew type program and was advised that the $8 or so fee for this shipping was the only charge I would receive. Shortly there after I started to receive more and more of this unwanted product and was also being billed large sums of money for it. I have contacted them several times with no luck in returning their product or receiving a credit for the amount billed. I have now filed a dispute with my bank and it is under investigation.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to send them back this product following a full refund of the fraudulent charges to my credit card

Review: I ordered a "free trial" of these weight loss pills. They have listed terms and conditions. Well I neither remembered nor could find the url address or phone number to reply. I never got an email receipt or anything with this order. I was told to pay 4.98 for shipping for each bottle. Turns out when you run out of the 14 days they charge you $85.98 and $87.53 for the other bottle of Garcinia. In the terms it said you can dispute the charges after the 14 days for a refund. That is what I did and they said the most they could give back was 50% of each bottle. I said fine give me that and I will dispute the rest.. She then told me that since I said I was going to dispute the charges they were not going to give me anything. According to the terms and conditions they do give refunds, but apparently not to people that are not happy with paying over $160.00 for rip off pills. I got irate with her because she was rude and was insulting me. This company is a fraud. Also, she gave me two seperate websites when I called back and asked where to find the product. When I had originally ordered it, they were both part of the same website. The second website is [redacted] Both of these sites say that no refund after 14 days. But if you are not satisfied for any reason with the product within 30 days you can call for a refund. I purchased this apparently on February 13th. I haven't even opened the product and offered to send it back she said they do not take returns. The person I spoke with was Erin W. She said she was the only one there to talk to even though I heard people in the background talking about refunds.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full for both of these products. I will even send back the unopened bottles. It is within 30-days so I should still be eligible for the refund. I would also request that either of these companies will ever charge my bank account again for any reason. The other phone number from my bank account was [redacted]

Review: I ordered a free trial offer for their product. They have now charged my account for $92.53 & $89.95. I called to complain and at first they offered me 35% back, then they went o 50% & finally they offered me 75% back. I think there is something terribly wrong there. I am also reporting this to the Attorney General's Office. I am also posting a warning om facebook.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back. I did NOT re-order anything.

Review: ?Insufficient information provided about trial terms and contact for possibility of any cancellation. Charged full price for product which is ridiculously expensive and same product can be bought anywhere at a percentage of cost.

Trial was to last 14 days, and I haven't had product for and more than 5.Desired Settlement: I would like a 100% refund and have better instructions/information so people in the future won't have this repeated.
