Review: This company's online advertising is deliberately (I believe) misleading. The ad leads one to believe that they can obtain an intial bottle of the product for the cost of shipping. The two products arrived and then 3 or 4 days later my checking account was debted for $79.95 and $89.95. I called immediately and spent hours on hold before finally getting through to cancel the product thinking the billing was for the next shipment. No where in the intial ad did I see anything indicating how expensive this product is. When the funds were not returned to my account I called again and was told that it was only a 14 day trial and I had not called within the 14 days - of course not - I had barely received the product - and that there was no deal to try the product just for the cost of shipping - "that is just how we get the product to you." I would love to get my money back, but I am even more interested in putting a stop to the deceptive practices of this company so that they cannot continue to bilk people. I received an email after my second call which I responded to and I have also attempted to call them again but I just get placed on hold for extended periods of time. Eventually I give up because I just don't have time to spend hours on hold.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds returned to my checking account - $79.95 and $89.95

Review: I received a charge for $84.63 on my checking account on 4/18/14. Listed was a phone number so I called to inquire about the charge. They informed me it was for some weight loss supplement and was a recurring charge to my account. I informed them I had no clue what this product was nor did I receive any product at my home. The gentleman argued with me rudely and stated that it was purchased by a gentleman by the name of [redacted] (my husband). First of all, my husband would never purchase a weight loss supplement and secondly it was on my checking account which he is not listed on. I informed the gentleman numerous times that this is not my charge, I did not order it, my husband did not order it and I did not receive anything. He told me the USPS delivered it to my house and that they would not do anything about the charge. I asked numerous times to speak to his supervisor and he stated he did not have one. Apparently he runs the show at this "business". I am very peeved about this, I will be contacting my bank to have this card closed and have a fraud report run on it but I did not order this product, receive this product or approve of my account being charged $84.63. I want this amount of money refunded immediately and this man by the name of Justin (ID number [redacted]) to learn customer service skills as he has absolutely NONE.Desired Settlement: I want my account credited the $84.63 immediately for a product I do not have and do not want.
Review: On 12/1/13 I ordered the trial offer of Green Coffee and was charged $4.95 on my visa credit card. On 12/13/13 the company charged my credit card $89.95. I was unaware that this was going to happen and called as soon as I saw the charge on my account (approx 12/15). I feel like this company is a scam. They told me that in accepting the trial offer I had 14 days to say whether I wanted to continue or I would be charged $89.95. I did not know I was agreeing to this and told them it seemed like a scam to me. They said I would received a 75% refund and gave me a confirmation number of [redacted]. As yet I have seen no credit back. I wrote and e-mail on Jan. 10, 2014 asking for my credit back. This has been ignored. I want my money back! I do not feel that most people believe when they get a limited "trial" offer that they are agreeing to an ongoing charge. This seemed very unscrupulous to me and frankly I feel at this point I should receive a full refund of $89.95Desired Settlement: That the company refund to my visa card.

Review: Below find the emails from me to companies, I have gotten not one response since sending product back even though the emails assured me I would get refund.And here we are at day 16. Third email concerning this situation and not one reply!!! I guess you only provide customer service to those who choose to stay with the company and continue to purchase your product, but once a refund is requested you ignore all emails and attempts at communication. I will be forwarding all emails to the Revdex.com at this point and hopefully get results that way.
