HORRIBLE quoted me 165 showed up said 400$ for a deep clean to look like new, and my couch has LOOSE HAIRS ON IT STILL UTTER JOKE

This place is horrible and has horrible business ethics. My wife called for some service and was quoted a flat $49 for one room. Our floors where pretty badly stained and smelled like urine, we were potty training our little one. When *** showed up he tried telling us that the basic will not work and it’ll cost $ for a deep clean we negotiated it to $75. Alright that’s fine I’ll let that go, but it took almost a whole week for my floors to dry up. Now my floors smell like Mildew, so we’ve been calling them a couple times a week for three weeks to get this resolved. All we get is the supervisor isn’t in and that they want to charge an extra $45 for then to come out and fix it so we can be satisfied. They have hung up on us multiple times crazy part is I feel like they are the ones getting upset about me calling I thought it would be the other way around. We have 4 kids that live here and do not want them possibly getting sick. All I want is (A) my money back or (B) my floors fixed. If there is mildew on my floors I want further action. I have tried multiple times to resolve this with them and I don’t even get an explanation of what they can do to help. Heck even the guy that came to do the service is either sick or on vacation. Must be nice to have 3 weeks off. I need this settled I’ve waited long enough and have been very patient.
