I spoke with and have voice recorded messages from representative [redacted] and I spoke with a representative [redacted] regarding receiving a refund because the company did not send someone out to clean my home when I spoke with [redacted] she said that there was a check being sent from the company that they used to do refunds it has been months since I have been able to get in contact with [redacted] or anyone else from the company I have left numerous voicemails but the company has yet to respondDesired Settlement: I would like the $100 that they debited from my account and due to them taking the money out of my account without providing services I would like an additional $50

Review: Incorrect amount was billed to me which I did not pay and was sent to collections

In connection with a Groupon I purchased and used in August 2012 I received cleaning services. We ended up needing more hours than what the Groupon allowed so we mutually agreed to add on additional time at a reduced rate equal to the Groupon amount. A statement was mailed to me and I paid an additional $49 on top of the Groupon to satisfy the additional work completed. In June 2013 I received another statement in the mail saying I owed $75 for the additional work. I contacted them immediately and showed proof of the $49 check that they cashed and explained the situation. They did not have a record of the $49 nor the agreement that the reduced rate that would be charged. They credited my account for the $49 and still insisted upon collecting the remaining $26. Via email, I again explained the agreement we had but received no response. About a month later in late July I received a phone call from a collection agency for $89. I'm assuming the $63 difference is for additional fees on top of the $26 they claim to be owed. I again contacted the Green Clean Freaks immediately and had to explain the situation again. I had to do this through voice mail as they never answer the phone. I have yet to receive a resolution to this issue. All I want them to do is honor the original agreement and original statement that they sent which is what I already paid ($49). Desired Settlement: Remove me from the collection agency and bring my balance to zero.

Hello, We contacted Mr. [redacted] by email and the collections agency. The amount was brought to zero, and Mr. [redacted] has been removed from the collections agency. We would appreciate the matter to be dropped with the Revdex.com, as we have followed through with what Mr. [redacted] requested. It was a mistake on our end, and we have also sent a paid invoice, as well as credited Mr. [redacted] with 1 man hour of service, redeeable at any time. Thank you.

The company has brought my account balance to zero and removed my name from the collection agency. This has been resolved.
