surrounding this exchangeOn or about September 23, Eddie brought in his *** *** for emissions repairs after failing emissionsWe diagnosed the vehicle and was given permission to do the repairsWe repaired the vehicle, after which it successfully passed emissions and I thought it was an overall good experienceThe customer came on the December 23, and I found out for the very first and only time that he had concerns.We were booked for that day and he agreed to bring the vehicle back on December 24, I did not see or hear anything from him until getting the complaint letter.I reached out to him to get a understanding of what happenedWe agreed that he would come in and due to the fact that we pride ourselves on customer service, we will get a pleasant resolve. I look forward to resolving this matter with Mr*** and on his expressing his satisfaction with us and the outcome Sincerely David ***,

The customer completely misstated the facts surrounding this exchange. On or about September 23, 2015 Eddie brought in his 2005 Chevrolet Silverado for emissions repairs after failing emissions. We diagnosed the vehicle and was given permission to do the repairs. We repaired the vehicle, after which it successfully passed emissions and I thought it was an overall good experience. The customer came on the December 23, 2015 and I found out for the very first and only time that he had concerns.We were booked for that day and he agreed to bring the vehicle back on December 24, 2015.
