Green Carpet's Cleaning

My parents were searching for a carpet cleaner after a toilet overhead into the bedroom carpet. We found this business on Google with a five star rating. We called them and a woman answered and said it would be $69 to clean the room. We did let her know that a toilet had overflowed onto the carpet. This company never answers the phone with their business name - they only say 'service'.
On the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up. We called the company and after two more hours someone finally came to the house. The person who did the cleaning stated no one told him it was a 'carpet damage? and it would be tricky to clean. (My parents DID mention it).
The man stated he had to run a 'test? and could not give us a price to clean it. After running a test, A strip of carpet was white, and he said he was able to 'restore? the stained carpet but it would cost $1.60 per square foot. After he completed the cleaning he said it needed to be softened or the carpet fibers would break thus bringing the total to $504!! He spent most of the time (when we looked in to check) on his cell phone with the machine running but just sitting there. He left with the carpet sopping wet that took several days to dry and the stain remains. He said he put a nice scent in the cleaner but instead it must've been a spray because it went away within an hour of his leaving. My parents were bilked!
The entire business is a scam.
