Nov.10th 2016 a Oak tree was purchased in memory for *** and was under
warranty for one year. This tree was placed at ***.
My first contact with Green acres was July 2nd 2017 with a call letting them know the
tree was dead and with a follow up e-mail July 11th with picture. Since then I
have called and e-mailed ( Last being 3/2018, I have 6 in my sent mail )
several times wondering when if ever this oak tree will be replaced. If I got a reply the reply was I will get back with you.
*** was a 50 year + member of ***, worked with *** County Soil and
Water and received many awards for his work with them, also received a
Presidential Award for his work in conservation signed by *** in 2016.

Green Acres did try to replace the tree in question this past may, but the gate was locked. We sent a crew out a second time and they got lost, I talked to *** and failed to communicate with him in a timely manner. Green Acres has been in the process of moving this spring and a few items slipped through the cracks. Unfortunately this was the case. When we were contacted by the Revdex.com we made contact with ***, he met our crew out at the site and the tree was replaced the next day. I apologized to *** and ask if there was anything else that we could do.
Again, I want to apologize to all that this error on our part has affected. The tree has been replaced, and we hope we can all move forward in a positive manner from here.
