I am an 84-year-old man who came to East Ridge residence to inspect, on March 1, 2018, for the possibility of moving thereI met with [redacted] who stated that she was the administrator of the residenceShe showed me around and apartmentAfter some discussion with her, I decided that the residence would suit me just fineI am in good physical condition with a few medical problems that come with being years oldshe said the residence would require that I put up $to hold apartment until April 1, I agreed and wrote check, see enclosure #I return to my home in which I live with my son and daughter-in-lawI discussed the move with them and my son told me that he had been terminated at the company he works forHe indicated that he would need my monthly contribution to expenses to make ends meet until he secured employmentI agreed with himWe decided that August 1, would be a good time for my relocationOn March 5, I sent an email to **, enclosure #1, indicating
