Greater Purpose Home Inspections

We were moving out of state from Texas to Oregon (North Albany) for work and also buying our first home. It was a busy time to say the least.
We found Greater Purpose Home Inspections through other online reviews and they were all stellar. After working with Ken from Greater Purpose they were absolutely right, working with Ken was wonderful! He was very responsive in correspondence and his detail on the home inspection report (Detailed info and pictures) helped us know we were making the right decision on buying our home. On the day of the home inspection, Ken was thorough right down to minute details and took the time to answer all my husband's questions and give pointers a long the way about potential repairs. I am a worrier by nature and Ken provides the most up-to-date active testing for Radon as well as a data printout and summary of the radon test results for peace of mind. Our realtor was also at the home inspection and he was also impressed with Ken's thoroughness and will be recommending Greater Purpose to his future clients. We can't recommend Ken enough!
