The work order that Mr*** was referring to was completed to my knowledge I have received a bill from the repairman with all items addressed and taken care of The only way I would know that it was not completed would be for the tenant to let me know
As of today 2/2/I have not heard from Mr*** It is now February, he said this is from November It is unbelievable that I have not been contacted to address any discrepancies
The phone that Mr*** has provided with this complaint to the Revdex.com and that he has provided me in the past has an outgoing message of:
"The magic jack customer that you have called is not accepting calls at this time" (Repeatedly tried and verified several times after receiving this complaint
In addition, months ago I was unable to contact Mr*** regarding the bushes outside of the property and dogs that are at the property by phone so I had to go to the house At that home visit a pet fee as assessed for the dogs that were on the property That fee has not been paidIn the past they, Mr*** and Mrs***, have contacted me regarding NSF rent checks that I received for rent payment and questions about payment plans for the pet fee So, I am very upset that resorted to the Revdex.com to complain about my company INSTEAD of contacting meMy office has not moved and my phone number is the same Mr*** and Mrs*** need to contact me together to clear this matter up.
