Greater Alliance has an internal committee who reviews hardship requests, whom can further decide if a modification to your loan could be approved. Review: I went to inquire about a car loan that was never processed in April. I now have $25 fee from the bank in regards to a loan that was never accepted or denied. In fact, they told it was applied because the loan expired. The funds were taken out on 5/21/15. When first inquiring about this loan I was never contacted by the bank to update me on the loan. The representative that was "assisting" me was [redacted] He never told me about a loan fee or anything of that sort. He never followed up on me in regards to the loan. I didn't know about the fee until I checked my banking account today. When I called the bank they said it will not be reimbursed because it is stipulated on my initial contract. My initial contract was to open a bank account but no apply for a loan. Also, to close my account and receive my funds they will charge me an additional $20. This is outrageous, no fees were disclosed to me.Desired Settlement: I wanted a refund of my $25 for a "loan app" that NEVER transpired.
