While the predatory overdraft policy is frustrating, my biggest concern was that while I was sitting the lobby of one of the Omaha, NE locations; the man in the office behind us was discussing customers SS#s, Phone #s, birthdays, and other personal information (credit rating) over amplified speaker phone while the office door was open When I addressed my concern with this to the Personal Banker I was working with, she acted as though it was not a big issue While I was leaving, I reiterated that I found it disturbing that this was allowed to happenShe again acted as though it was not a big dealSince I was there to close an account, I have no pending relationship with this bank and believe me, I never will again My husband and I have lived in a lot of locations and never had we had a bank with such a blatant disregard and unprofessionalism towards customers personal information

When I addressed my concern with this to the Personal Banker I was working with, she acted as though it was not a big issue. While I was leaving, I reiterated that I found it disturbing that this was allowed to happen. She again acted as though it was not a big deal.
Since I was there to close an account, I have no pending relationship with this bank and believe me, I never will again. My husband and I have lived in a lot of locations and never had we had a bank with such a blatant disregard and unprofessionalism towards customers personal information.
